- Project‑office follow‑up: monitor schedules, technical submittals and purchase orders for pressure‑reducing & metering skids, heat exchangers, separators and pressure vessels.
- Pre‑sales engineering: size and select static equipment (heat exchangers, pressure vessels, PRMS skids); prepare techno‑commercial proposals.
- Project coordination: track scope, schedule and budget for green‑field builds such as our new gas‑regulator and gas‑connections factories.
- Interface management: act as a bridge between Aten’s trading team, European OEM engineering departments, and Egyptian end‑users/regulators.
- Documentation: create data sheets, P&IDs, calculation packages and FAT reports that comply with international and local codes.
- Continuous improvement: champion new digital tools to streamline design, costing and project tracking.
- Vendor & client liaison: attend technical clarification meetings, draft minutes of meeting (MOMs) and chase action items with suppliers, inspection bodies and end‑user engineering teams.
- Process‑equipment support: interpret PFDs/P&IDs, perform basic sizing checks, prepare datasheets and consolidate design documentation to international codes.
- Commercial assistance: build cost breakdowns, compare vendor quotations, and support techno‑commercial proposal generation.
- Information management: maintain Gantt charts and document‑control logs; report progress and risks to the Operations Manager.
